Geneva to Mont Blanc

A key axis for Haute Savoie

ATMB is concessionary 110 km of the Autoroute Blanche (A 40), qui relie Châtillon-en-Michaille (Ain) et Le Fayet (Haute Savoie), and its two forks towards Switzerland (A401 A411).

The Autoroute Blanche connects around thirty towns and is a preferred route to the resorts.

37 700 electronic toll subscribers and 20 000 daily clients

The Autoroute Blanche receives an average of 20 000 clients per day, though its traffic can triple with the arrival of holidaymakers. ATMB also counts 41 600 electronic toll subscribers, a figure which is growing by over 15% between 2010 and 2011.

A mountain motorway, teams mobilised 24 h/24

The Autoroute Blanche includes many works including 3 viaducts and a 1.4km tunnel. It requires the mobilisation of a lot of expertise 24h/24 throughout the year, particularly in terms of winter service. So, ATMB groups together 414 colleagues for the 110km of the Autoroute Blanche.
